Holland Park

Holland Park · Holland Park or High Street Kensington tube

Holland Park is one of London's most romantic and intimate parks, offering a varied landscape of formal gardens, woodland walks, and sports facilities across 54 acres. At its heart is the Kyoto Garden, a serene Japanese garden gifted by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991, complete with koi ponds and a waterfall. The ruins of Holland House, bombed during the Second World War, provide a dramatic backdrop to the open-air Opera Holland Park each summer. The park is also known for its resident peacocks, which roam freely among the trees.
